Esnaf\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131n esas olarak kentin ekonomisinin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle sa\u011flanabilece\u011fini dile getiren Kocao\u011flu, karamsarl\u0131\u011fa kap\u0131lmamak gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
