Ancak tarih, co\u011frafya, biyoloji fark etmez test canavar\u0131 olanlar bile yan\u0131tlayamaz ve umutsuzlu\u011fa kap\u0131l\u0131rlar. Neyse ki KPSS&#8217;de sorulmuyor da gen\u00e7ler hi\u00e7 tan\u0131\u015famad\u0131klar\u0131 bu terimlerden s\u0131nava tabi tutulmuyorlar. Temel kasap \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olan bu terimlere gen\u00e7 nesil a\u015fina olmad\u0131, tan\u0131yamad\u0131. Onlar\u0131n kasap ve et \u00fcr\u00fcn bilgileri \u00e7ok nadir evlerine giren k\u0131yma ve ku\u015fba\u015f\u0131dan ibaret. Bonfile, fileto ve pirzolay\u0131 e\u011fer anne ve babalar\u0131ndan duymam\u0131\u015flarsa bu terimler gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in ancak Karlof\u00e7a Anla\u015fmas\u0131, Tanzimat Ferman\u0131, Tonyukuk, 4. Murat gibi tarihi kavramlar\u0131 ve ki\u015fileri \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Ho\u015f 30 ya\u015f \u00fcst\u00fc olan bizler de bu kavramlara \u00e7ok m\u00fclaki de\u011filiz ama ne anlama geldiklerini ve lezzetlerini biliyoruz. En az\u0131ndan 20-30 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar herhangi bir mahalle kasab\u0131n\u0131n tezgah\u0131nda mutlaka bulabilece\u011finiz ve herkesin ula\u015f\u0131p alabilece\u011fi t\u00fcrden \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdi. \r<br>\r<br><b>Market b\u00fcrokrat\u0131 kasaplar!<\/b>\r<br>\r<br>Marketlerin kasap reyonlar\u0131 en sakin, en nezih b\u00f6l\u00fcmleridir. Ne al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131 vard\u0131r, ne de sizden \u00f6nceki m\u00fc\u015fteriyi bekleme sorunu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kasap reyonlar\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fteri g\u00f6remezsiniz, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz \u00fcrkek ve tedirgin bak\u0131\u015flara sahip tek-t\u00fck m\u00fc\u015fteri de 5-10 liral\u0131k k\u0131yma, ku\u015fba\u015f\u0131 al\u0131p k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede giderler. Bu reyonlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 kasaplar da marketlerin di\u011fer reyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131skan\u00e7 bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ezilirler. Farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn reyonlar\u0131nda yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n aksine kasaplar, b\u00fcy\u00fck marketlerin y\u00fcksek b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131 gibidirler, m\u00fc\u015fteri yok denecek kadar az oldu\u011fundan \u00e7ok efor sarf etmezler. \r<br>\r<br>Market kasaplar\u0131n\u0131n her biri adeta psikolog gibidir, reyona yakla\u015fan \u00e7ekimser ad\u0131mlar\u0131, tedirgin bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 hemen \u00e7\u00f6zerler. Alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z \u00fcr\u00fcn 5-10 liral\u0131k k\u0131yma olunca bunun utanc\u0131 ile gard\u0131n\u0131z ister istemez d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor.
