T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk insan\u0131n\u0131n koku be\u011fenilerine ve Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131na giren Avrupa k\u00f6kenli kokulara de\u011finen \u00e7ok say\u0131da yazar bulunmakla birlikte bu yazarlar aras\u0131nda Refik Halid konuya h\u00e2kimiyeti ve verdi\u011fi ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgiler ile dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir.\n<br>\n<br><b>Osmanl\u0131 insan\u0131 Avrupa parf\u00fcmleri ile tan\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/b>\n<br>\n<br><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290015563857.jpg\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290015563857.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"width:150px; border:3px solid #dddddd; margin:5px;\" border=\"0\"><\/a>19. Y\u00fczy\u0131l&#8217;da \u00f6zellikle kimya alan\u0131nda ya\u015fanan yenilikler Avrupa&#8217;da parf\u00fcm \u00fcretiminin ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir end\u00fcstri haline gelmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bitkilerden elde edilen u\u00e7ucu ya\u011flar i\u00e7indeki maddelerin izole edilebilmesi ve koku molek\u00fcllerinin sentetik olarak \u00fcretilebilmesi parf\u00fcmlerin daha ucuza mal edilmesini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131ld\u0131. Kokular\u0131n sentetik olarak \u00fcretilebilmeleri ve sonras\u0131nda do\u011fada olmayan kokular\u0131n icat edilmeleri birbirinden de\u011fi\u015fik parf\u00fcmlerin yarat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in hayal g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc harekete ge\u00e7irecek bir ortam yaratt\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece Avrupa&#8217;da 19. Y\u00fczy\u0131l&#8217;\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131ndan itibaren parf\u00fcmerinin alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu geli\u015fmeler, beraberinde yo\u011fun bir rekabet ortam\u0131n\u0131 da getirdi. Ya\u015fanan \u00fcretim patlamas\u0131, Avrupa&#8217;da \u00f6zellikle de Paris&#8217;te say\u0131lar\u0131 h\u0131zla artan parf\u00fcm evlerinin \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini satabilmek i\u00e7in yeni pazar aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girmesini zorunlu k\u0131ld\u0131. Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu ise parf\u00fcm \u00fcreticileri i\u00e7in m\u00fckemmel bir pazard\u0131. \n<br>\n<br>Paris&#8217;te 1850&#8217;li y\u0131llardan itibaren, Le Bon March\u00e9, Les Grands Magasins du Louvre ya da Les Grands Magasins du Printemps gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck ma\u011fazalar a\u00e7\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Giyimden parf\u00fcmeriye, oyuncaktan mobilyaya kadar olduk\u00e7a zengin \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine sahip bu ma\u011fazalar sanayi devriminin bir sonucuydular ve hemen her alanda t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ciddi \u015fekilde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fcler. \n<br>\n<br><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290014293857.jpg\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290014293857.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"width:200px; border:3px solid #dddddd; margin:5px;\" border=\"0\"><\/a>Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n t\u00fcketim mek\u00e2nlar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan benzer de\u011fi\u015fim ise 1850&#8217;lerden sonra K\u0131r\u0131m Sava\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130stanbul&#8217;a u\u011frayan m\u00fcttefiklerle birlikte bu b\u00fcy\u00fck ma\u011fazalar\u0131n \u015fubelerinin a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ile meydana geldi. Bon March\u00e9, Louvre, Au Lion, Orosdi Back gibi ma\u011fazalar\u0131n \u015fubeleri sadece \u0130stanbul&#8217;da de\u011fil, \u0130zmir&#8217;de Frenk Soka\u011f\u0131&#8217;nda ve Selanik, Beyrut gibi kentlerde de birer birer faaliyete ge\u00e7ti. B\u00f6ylelikle Avrupa&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle de Fransa&#8217;n\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc parf\u00fcm evlerine ait \u00fcr\u00fcnler bu bonmar\u015felerin vitrinlerinde boy g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Ayn\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlere yerli esnaf da kay\u0131ts\u0131z kalmad\u0131. \u00c7ok ge\u00e7meden Avrupa&#8217;dan gelen \u0131triyat \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine tuhafiyeciler, ya\u011fl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 esnaf\u0131 ve eczac\u0131lar da yer verdi. \n<br>\n<br>Tanzimat&#8217;tan itibaren ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fikliklere tan\u0131k olan ve Bat\u0131l\u0131 ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131 kabule haz\u0131r \u00fcst tabakaya mensup \u015fehirli han\u0131mlar\u0131n ve beylerin bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri benimsemeleri ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra Avrupa&#8217;dan gelen parf\u00fcmler, pudralar, sa\u00e7 sular\u0131, kremler ve daha bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn han\u0131mlar\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez tuvalet malzemeleri haline geldi. Art\u0131k ni\u015fan sepetlerinde geleneksel g\u00fcl ya\u011f\u0131, \u0131t\u0131r ve tefarik kokular\u0131na Avrupa&#8217;dan gelen menek\u015fe kokulu pudralar, tuhaf adl\u0131 birbirinden de\u011fi\u015fik parf\u00fcmler de e\u015flik ediyordu.\n<br>\n<br><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290015193857.jpg\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290015193857.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"width:250px; border:3px solid #dddddd; margin:5px;\" border=\"0\"><\/a>Tuvalet malzemelerindeki yeni t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nce saray erkan\u0131 ve sonras\u0131nda saraya en yak\u0131n pa\u015fa aileleri aras\u0131nda benimsendi. Bu benimseyi\u015f kademe kademe toplumun di\u011fer kesimlerine kadar yay\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6zellikle d\u0131\u015f ticaretle u\u011fra\u015fan gayrim\u00fcslim t\u00fcccarlar, i\u015f adamlar\u0131 ve aileleri bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin hem sat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 hem de t\u00fcketicisiydiler. Yeni t\u00fcketim dalgas\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede b\u00fcrokratlar, \u00fcst d\u00fczey memurlar, \u00f6\u011frenciler ve tabi ki ba\u015fta edebiyat\u00e7\u0131lar olmak \u00fczere ayd\u0131n kesim aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi ile kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. B\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde bu h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim ve kabulleni\u015fin izlerinin edebiyatta bir yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131. Tanzimat, Servet-i F\u00fcnun ve Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemi yazarlar\u0131 eserlerinde Avrupa&#8217;dan gelen parf\u00fcmeri \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine s\u0131kl\u0131kla yer verdiler, hatta \u00e7o\u011fu zaman da ya\u015fanan toplumsal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc anlat\u0131rken bu \u00fcr\u00fcnleri simgesel de\u011ferleri nedeniyle eserlerinde kullanmaktan geri kalmad\u0131lar.\n<br>\n<br>Nitekim Ahmet Rasim, H\u00fcseyin Rahmi, Halid Ziya ve Re\u015fat Nuri&#8217;nin eserleri bu konuda g\u00fczel \u00f6rnekler ile doludur. Ancak ba\u015fta parf\u00fcmler olmak \u00fczere di\u011fer kozmetik \u00fcr\u00fcnlere eserlerinde s\u0131kl\u0131kla de\u011finen Refik Halid olmu\u015ftur.\n<br>\n<br><b>Refik Halid&#8217;in eserlerinde Avrupal\u0131 parf\u00fcmler<\/b>\n<br>\n<br><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290013583857.jpg\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290013583857.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"width:250px; border:3px solid #dddddd; margin:5px;\" border=\"0\"><\/a>Me\u015frutiyet d\u00f6neminden Cumhuriyet&#8217;e kadar uzanan bir zaman diliminde Osmanl\u0131 insan\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n ve t\u00fcm al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hemen her alandaki de\u011fi\u015fimine tan\u0131kl\u0131k eden Refik Halid, gerek romanlar\u0131, gerekse denemelerinde, ya\u015fanan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme olduk\u00e7a ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman da ele\u015ftirel bir dille yer verir. \n<br>\n<br>Onun Osmanl\u0131 insan\u0131n\u0131n koku be\u011feni ve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fimi \u00f6zelindeki g\u00f6zlemleri, bu konuda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar i\u00e7in paha bi\u00e7ilmez bir nitelik ta\u015f\u0131r. Refik Halid&#8217;in, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l sonlar\u0131ndan itibaren Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131na girerek geleneksel koku be\u011fenilerini t\u00fcmden de\u011fi\u015ftiren Avrupa \u00fcretimi parf\u00fcmler ile ilgili tespit ve yorumlar\u0131 ise Avrupa parf\u00fcmeri tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da dikkate de\u011ferdir. \n<br>\n<br>\u0130mparatorlu\u011fun son g\u00fcnleri ve Cumhuriyet&#8217;in ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda ya\u015fanan toplumsal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri olduk\u00e7a renkli ve mizahi bir diller kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 <b>&#8220;\u00dc\u00e7 Nesil \u00dc\u00e7 Hayat&#8221;<\/b> adl\u0131 eserinde Refik Halid, alkol i\u00e7eren parf\u00fcmlerin Sultan Abd\u00fclaziz devrinde hen\u00fcz kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirir: \n<br>\n<br><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290015393857.jpg\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290015393857.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"width:150px; border:3px solid #dddddd; margin:5px;\" border=\"0\"><\/a><i>&#8220;Alkoll\u00fc \u0131triyat hen\u00fcz me\u00e7huld\u00fcr; koku olarak g\u00fclya\u011f\u0131 reva\u00e7ta. Parf\u00fcmleri ile ba\u015fta \u0130mparatori\u00e7e Josephine olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm Frans\u0131z saray\u0131n\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7eken ve be\u011feni alan Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Lubin&#8217;in en g\u00f6zde kokular\u0131ndan <i>Eau de Lubin<\/i> ile ilgili b\u00f6yle bir de\u011ferlendirmeye Avrupa parf\u00fcm tarihi literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde rastlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filken Refik Halid&#8217;in bu noktaya dikkat \u00e7ekmesi dikkate de\u011ferdir.\n<br>\n<br><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290016413857.jpg\" class=\"thickbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/2016\/201606290016413857.jpg\" align=\"left\" style=\"width:150px; border:3px solid #dddddd; margin:5px;\" border=\"0\"><\/a>Abd\u00fclhamit devrinde ba\u015fta parf\u00fcmler olmak \u00fczere, Avrupa&#8217;dan gelen tuvalet malzemeleri gitgide \u00e7o\u011falmaya ba\u015flar. Eau de Cologne gibi hafif ve ferahlat\u0131c\u0131 kokular sadeli\u011fin ve safl\u0131\u011f\u0131n simgesi haline gelir ve burjuvazinin g\u00f6zdesi olur. Napoleon bile d\u00f6nemin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ke\u015ffi olan <i>Eau de Cologne<\/i>&#8216;u tercih emektedir. <i>Eau de Cologne<\/i> Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131nda da benimsenir. Nitekim II. Piver&#8217;e g\u00f6re daha gen\u00e7 ancak onun kadar \u00fcnl\u00fc Guerlain&#8217;in parf\u00fcmlerinin tercih ediliyor olmas\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 insan\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa&#8217;dan ithal edilen her \u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6z\u00fc kapal\u0131 bir hayranl\u0131kla yakla\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en g\u00fczel kan\u0131tlar\u0131ndand\u0131r.
