Prof. Dr. E\u015fiyok, son y\u0131llarda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmede besleyici de\u011feri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan sebzelerin t\u00fcketiciler taraf\u0131ndan tercih edilmesinin salata olarak bilinen sebzelerin \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. \u00dclkemizde genellikle ev bah\u00e7elerinde yeti\u015ftirilebilen marullar\u0131n Ege, Marmara ve Akdeniz b\u00f6lgelerinde Haziran, Temmuz ve A\u011fustos aylar\u0131 hari\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131n her mevsiminde ticari olarak \u00fcretiminin yap\u0131labildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan Prof. Dr. E\u015fiyok, “Son y\u0131llardaki sebze fiyatlar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda salata ve marulun en y\u00fcksek gelir sa\u011flayan sebzeler grubunda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir” dedi. Salata ve marul \u00fcretiminde birim alandan elde edilecek verimin, birim alandaki bitki say\u0131s\u0131 esas al\u0131narak belirlenebilece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan Prof. Dr. E\u015fiyok, “Pazarlama adet olarak yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in dekardan elde edilecek verimin de adet \u00fczerinden belirlenmesi gerekir. Bu bilgilerin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclkemiz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda bir dekar alandan 7-8 bin adet pazarlanabilir ba\u015f salata hasat edilebilir” diye konu\u015ftu. (Ege Ajans)
