A\u00e7\u0131lan dava &#8216;kamula\u015ft\u0131rmaks\u0131z\u0131n el koyma&#8217; oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu alanlar\u0131 bo\u015faltarak ve etraflar\u0131n\u0131 bariyerle \u00e7evirerek el \u00e7ekmek durumunday\u0131z&#8221; dedi. M\u00fclkiyetin bedeli olarak istenen tutar\u0131n B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin \u00f6deme olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde oldu\u011funu, s\u00f6z konusu arsan\u0131n kullan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u0130zmirliler oldu\u011funu anlatan Kocao\u011flu,  sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde uzla\u015fmac\u0131 tavr\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini s\u00f6yledi. &#8220;\u0130lgili kamu kurulu\u015fumuz yarg\u0131ya gitmeden bizimle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme yolunu tercih etseydi, konu hi\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olmadan, kentin g\u00fcndemini hi\u00e7 me\u015fgul etmeden kolayl\u0131kla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcrd\u00fc.
