En y\u00fcksek gelirli be\u015finci y\u00fczde 20&#8217;lik gruptaki hanelerde bu oran y\u00fczde 70,8 olarak belirlendi.\r<br>\r<br>Birinci y\u00fczde 20&#8217;lik gelir grubundaki hanelerde konut ve kira harcamalar\u0131 i\u00e7inde elektrik, gaz, s\u0131v\u0131 ve kat\u0131 yak\u0131tlar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 24, konutla ilgili \u00e7e\u015fitli hizmetler harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 6,4, konutun bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 5 oldu. Be\u015finci y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik gelir grubundaki hanelerde elektrik, gaz, s\u0131v\u0131 ve kat\u0131 yak\u0131tlar\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 15,4, konutla ilgili \u00e7e\u015fitli hizmetler harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 9,4, konutun bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131m harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 4,5 olarak saptand\u0131.\r<br>\r<br>T\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re konut ve kira harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, (y\u00fczde ), 2018Hanehalk\u0131 b\u00fct\u00e7e ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re; toplam hanehalk\u0131 harcamas\u0131 i\u00e7inde ayr\u0131lan pay itibar\u0131yla konut ve kira harcamalar\u0131 ilk s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131. Harcamalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 23,7&#8217;sinin konut ve kiraya yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.\r<br>\r<br>Konut ve kira harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 67,2\u2019sini ger\u00e7ek ve g\u00f6receli kira, y\u00fczde 10,6&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 gaz, s\u0131v\u0131 ve kat\u0131 yak\u0131tlar, y\u00fczde 8,9\u2019unu ise elektrik harcamalar\u0131 olu\u015fturdu.
