Her iki il\u00e7e bundan sonra afet haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131, uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve tecr\u00fcbelerini kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak payla\u015facak.
