An\u0131 Evi olarak yeniden hayat bulan bina restorasyonla gen\u00e7le\u015fecek\r<br>\u00dclkenin her k\u00f6\u015fesinde otlarla \u00f6rt\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f raylar ve k\u00f6hnele\u015fmi\u015f tren istasyonlar\u0131 m\u00fch\u00fcrl\u00fc hazineler gibi a\u00e7\u0131lmay\u0131 beklerken Gaziemir Belediyesi tarihi Seydik\u00f6y Tren \u0130stasyonu\u0092nu sosyal hayata kazand\u0131rd\u0131. At\u0131l ve mezbelelik haldeki binay\u0131 TCDD\u0092den 10 y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na kiralayan Gaziemir Belediyesi, istasyonu yerel tarihi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in an\u0131 evi haline getirdi. 10 \u015eubat 2011\u0092de hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan an\u0131 evine Gaziemirliler de \u00e7ok miktarda tarihi e\u015fya ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131.  \r<br>Duvarlar\u0131 eski foto\u011fraflarla s\u00fcsl\u00fc, e\u015fyalar\u0131 inceleyen Seydik\u00f6yl\u00fcler\u0092in \u00e7ocukluk ve gen\u00e7lik y\u0131llar\u0131na dal\u0131p gitti\u011fi an\u0131 evini 1,5 y\u0131lda 30 binden fazla ziyaret\u00e7i gezdi. \r<br>18 B\u0130N TL \u00d6DENEK AYRILDI\r<br>S\u0131raya binan\u0131n restorasyonunu alan Gaziemir Belediyesi, gereken paran\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u0092ini \u0130zmir \u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130daresi fonlar\u0131ndan kullanmaya hak kazand\u0131. \u00d6zel \u0130dare\u0092den bina i\u00e7in 18 bin TL \u00f6denek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Restorasyonla ilgili olarak \u00e7izim ihalesi tamamland\u0131. Y\u00fcksek Mimar Yusuf Per\u00e7in Erturan\u0092\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 restorasyon projesi ile, 1876 y\u0131l\u0131nda in\u015fa edilen binaya sonradan eklenen, \u00f6zg\u00fcn olmayan par\u00e7alar s\u00f6k\u00fclerek, tarihi istasyon asl\u0131na uygun hale getirilecek. Binada, 1960\u0092l\u0131 y\u0131llardan \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fu belirlenen bekleme salonundaki \u00f6n duvar y\u0131k\u0131lacak. T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl\u00fck ve Seydik\u00f6yl\u00fclerin meslekleri ile ilgili malzemelerinin sergilendi\u011fi bah\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de restorasyonla birlikte yeniden d\u00fczenlenecek.\r<br>DEM\u0130RYOLU TOPRAK ALTINDA\r<br>\r<br>\u0130zmir\u0092in \u00e7ok say\u0131daki tren istasyonu aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 yere sahip olan Seydik\u00f6y Tren \u0130stasyonu; 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. O d\u00f6nem, \u0130zmir\u0092de \u00f6zellikle yabanc\u0131 uyruklular ile kente gelen yabanc\u0131lar ve levantenler, e\u011flenme ve dinlenme i\u00e7in Buca, Bornova ve Seydik\u00f6y\u0092e geliyordu. Buralar 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde varl\u0131kl\u0131 ailelerin yazl\u0131k k\u00f6\u015fklerinin bulundu\u011fu yerler olarak da an\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu banliy\u00f6lerin s\u00fcrekli iskan edilmesi, ancak ula\u015f\u0131m olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015fti\u011fi ve \u00f6zellikle demiryolu ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 1876 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra artt\u0131. 1876 y\u0131l\u0131 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lan Gaziemir-Seydik\u00f6y ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, Seydik\u00f6yl\u00fc Fotiadis (Seydik\u00f6yl\u00fc zengin Rumlar\u0092dan) ve Purser aileleri hatt\u0131n yap\u0131m masraflar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layarak sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f, bu nedenle imtiyaz hakk\u0131n\u0131 da alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Daha sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde kullan\u0131lmayan demiryolu hatt\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczeri kapat\u0131larak toprak alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131, istasyon binas\u0131 da kaderine terk edildi. \r<br>SON HED\u0130YE, EN DE\u011eERL\u0130S\u0130\u0085\r<br>An\u0131 Evi\u0092ne en son ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanan e\u015fya, bir diki\u015f makinesi oldu.  Seydik\u00f6y\u0092de \u0091Ebe Anne\u0092 olarak tan\u0131nan Mebrure Soy\u00e7etin, 1926 y\u0131l\u0131nda tayin edildi\u011fi Seydik\u00f6y\u0092e gelirken, \u00e7eyizindeki bu diki\u015f makinesini de getirmi\u015f. 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda 84 ya\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6len, 40 y\u0131l g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gaziemir\u0092de binlerce ki\u015finin \u0091Ebesi\u0092 olarak haf\u0131zalara kaz\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. \u00d6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra ad\u0131 bir parka verilen Mebrure Han\u0131m\u0092\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve halen \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumdaki makine, gelini Hanife Soy\u00e7etin taraf\u0131ndan An\u0131 Evi\u0092ne ba\u011f\u0131\u015fland\u0131. <h3>Related Images:<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Gaziemirlileri&#8217;n hat\u0131ralar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yer tutan 136 y\u0131ll\u0131k Seydik\u00f6y Tren \u0130stasyonu binas\u0131 alt\u0131n g\u00fcnlerini ya\u015f\u0131yor.
