Prof. Dr. B\u00fcke, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir enfeksiyon olan idrar yollar\u0131 enfeksiyonunun nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011fu, risk fakt\u00f6rlerinin neler oldu\u011fu, etken organizmalar\u0131n hangileri oldu\u011fu ve hangi ya\u015f gruplar\u0131n\u0131n tehtid alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu konular\u0131na de\u011findi. \r<br>\r<br>Prof. Dr. B\u00fcke, idrar yolu enfeksiyonunun \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlarda daha s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir enfeksiyon oldu\u011funu ve ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e de belirtiler olmaks\u0131z\u0131n daha tehlikeli bir hal ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. Prof. Dr. B\u00fcke, enfeksiyonun ba\u015ftan m\u00fcdahale edilip tedavi edilmemesi durumunda b\u00f6breklere yerle\u015ferek a\u011f\u0131r bir tabloyla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekti. Prof. Dr. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 B\u00fcke, kad\u0131nlarda bu enfeksiyonun daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinin sebepleri olarak anatomik ve fonksiyonel bozukluklar\u0131n oldu\u011funu, ayr\u0131ca tuvalet hijyeninin de bunda etkili oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. \r<br>\r<br>\u00d6zellikle \u015feker hastalar\u0131n\u0131n, hamilelerin, b\u00f6brek nakli olanlar\u0131n, daha \u00f6nce b\u00f6yle bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fayanlar\u0131n risk gurubu i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 da anlatan Prof. Dr. B\u00fcke korunma ile ilgili hen\u00fcz kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6nerinin de olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.
