Ziraat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli meslek odalar\u0131, t\u00fcketici \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, ekoloji ve \u00e7evre derneklerinin i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu \u0093GDO\u0092ya Hay\u0131r Platformu\u0094ad\u0131na bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 U\u011fur Mumcu K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi \u00f6n\u00fcnde Tohumizi Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Olcay Bing\u00f6l okudu. Bornova Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ziraat M\u00fchendisi Prof. Dr. Kamil Okyay S\u0131nd\u0131r, bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na kat\u0131larak destek verdi. \u015eirketlerin Biyog\u00fcvenlik Kurulu \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131 ve y\u00f6nlendirme ile tar\u0131m\u0131n gelece\u011fi ve g\u0131dalarla oynanmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fiddetle reddettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Olcay Bing\u00f6l, \u015fu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri dile getirdi:\r

T\u00fcrkiye\u0092ye sokulan GDO\u0092lu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin hangi alanlarda kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 denetleme ve takip sorumlulu\u011fu bulunan Bakanl\u0131k ve \u015firketler bu sorumlulu\u011fu yerine getirmiyor. Bu sorumsuzlu\u011fun hem idari hem de cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 var. Gere\u011fini yapmayanlar hem yarg\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde hem de toplumsal vicdanlar\u0131m\u0131z huzurunda hesap vermek zorunda kalacakt\u0131r.\u0094 \r

K\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde GDO\u0092lu \u00fcr\u00fcn ithalat\u0131n\u0131n giderek artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da dile getiren Olcay Bing\u00f6l, \u0093Bu \u015fekilde geleneksel beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z ve tar\u0131m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz de\u011fi\u015fmekte ve i\u011fdi\u015f edilmektedir\u0094 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getirdi.
