Mutlu, hipertansiyon, y\u00fcksek kan kolestrol\u00fc, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, fel\u00e7, safra kesesi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ile kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131na neden olan obeziteyle m\u00fccadele anne karn\u0131nda ba\u015flamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi. Bebeklik, \u00e7ocukluk, ergenlik ve ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k evrelerinde beslenmenin nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Mutlu, hayat\u0131n her d\u00f6neminde fiziksel aktiviteye yer verilmesini istedi. \r<br>\r<br>\u00dczerinde beslenme ve fiziksel aktivitenin \u00f6nemini anlatan mesajlar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ye\u015fil elmalar ile \u00e7e\u015fitli bro\u015f\u00fcrlerin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n can kula\u011f\u0131yla dinledikleri Mutlu, \u0093Obeziteye kar\u015f\u0131 bireysel ve kurumsal m\u00fccadele edilmeli. Al\u0131nan enerji ile harcanan enerji aras\u0131nda dengeyi mutlaka korumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.
