Toplant\u0131da May\u0131s ay\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak olan Balkan Yemekleri Festivali\u0092nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma takvimi olu\u015fturuldu. Ortak bir \u00e7at\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturuldu\u011fu toplant\u0131ya ev sahipli\u011fi yapan Buca Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ercan Tat\u0131, toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n festivalle ilgili istem ve \u00f6nerilerini dinledi. Tat\u0131, May\u0131s ay\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak festivalin \u0130zmir\u0092den T\u00fcrkiye\u0092ye ses getirece\u011fini ve sonraki festivallerle t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya Balkanlar\u0131n r\u00fczgar\u0131n\u0131 estirece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Ercan Tat\u0131, &#8220;Balkan Yemekleri Festivali\u0092nde \u0130zmir\u0092deki Balkanl\u0131lar&#8217;\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlataca\u011f\u0131z. Balkanl\u0131 karde\u015flerimiz ad\u0131na &#8216;biz buraday\u0131z&#8217; diyece\u011fiz.
