ESHOT Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u0092nun 2010 b\u00fct\u00e7esi 565 milyon 383 bin 242 TL olarak belirlenirken, \u0130zmir Su ve Kanalizasyon \u0130daresi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u0092n\u00fcn (\u0130ZSU) b\u00fct\u00e7esi ise y\u00fczde 2 azalarak 917 milyon 583 bin 717 TL olarak kabul edildi. \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Aziz Kocao\u011flu, hi\u00e7bir zaman keyfi harcama yapmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u0093Hizmet etmek i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan b\u00fct\u00e7eler, \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerden dolay\u0131 geni\u015f olarak haz\u0131rlan\u0131r.
