Gazetenin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 22 Eyl\u00fcl 1919 tarihinde d\u00fczenlenen 3. Bal\u0131kesir Kongresi&#8217;nde kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 15 May\u0131s 1919&#8217;daki \u0130zmir&#8217;in i\u015fgalinin hemen ard\u0131ndan \u0130zmir&#8217;den Bal\u0131kesir&#8217;e giden ve milli m\u00fccadele \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 buradan y\u00fcr\u00fcten Mustafa Necati ve Vas\u0131f \u00c7\u0131nar&#8217;\u0131n yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gazete, &#8220;Milli davay\u0131 m\u00fcdafaa edecek yaz\u0131lar kabul eder&#8221; ve ayr\u0131ca, &#8220;Milli m\u00fccadele hareketinin destek\u00e7isidir&#8221; s\u00f6zlerine k\u00fcnyesinde yer vermi\u015fti.
