Maltepe b\u00f6lgesinde yap\u0131lan ve TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan 2010 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131nda teslim edilecek yeni hastane binas\u0131n\u0131n 37 bin metre karelik kapal\u0131 alan\u0131 i\u00e7in temele beton d\u00f6kme i\u015flemi tamamland\u0131. \u0130n\u015faat alan\u0131n\u0131 gezerek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde inceleyen Tire Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet S\u0131tk\u0131 \u0130\u00e7elli, Tire&#8217;ye \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede be\u015f y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131, birinci s\u0131n\u0131f bir hastane kazand\u0131racaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Hastane 37 bin metrekaresi kapal\u0131, toplam 43 bin 500 metrekare alana sahip olacak. 20 ayda tamamlanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen hastane binas\u0131 toplam 34 milyon TL&#8217;ye mal olacak. TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak hastane 200 yatakl\u0131 olacak. \u0130htiyaca g\u00f6re yatak say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131lacak. Hastalar dilerlerse tek ki\u015filik odalarda sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti alabilecek. Poliklinikler d\u00f6rt kat, yatakhane binalar\u0131 toplam yedi kat olacak.
