Kocao\u011flu Kar\u015f\u0131yaka&#8217;da olu\u015fturulacak Z\u00fcbeyde Han\u0131m Opera Binas\u0131n\u0131n Adnan Saygun Sanat Merkezi gibi \u00fcst\u00fcn nitelikli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun i\u00e7in de \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde proje yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Belediyesi&#8217;nin Yal\u0131 Mahallesi&#8217;nde olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 Opera, Tiyatro, Konservatuvar Kompleksi&#8217;nin temeli d\u00fczenlenen bir t\u00f6renle at\u0131ld\u0131. Kar\u015f\u0131yaka&#8217;da yap\u0131lacak olan yeni bir opera binas\u0131n\u0131n da m\u00fcjdesini veren Kocao\u011flu &#8220;Ahmed Adnan Saygun Sanat Merkezimiz bittikten sonra bir opera binas\u0131 yeri aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdik. Belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Cevat Durak \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir anlay\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek, Z\u00fcbeyde Han\u0131m K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi arazisini bize verdi.  24 bin metrekare bir alan. Buraya Ahmet Adnan Saygun Sanat Merkezi&#8217;ndeki deneyimlerimizi ve birikimlerimizi de aktaraca\u011f\u0131z; hem \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi olarak hem de sanat \u00e7evresi olarak.
