Sosyal g\u00fcvenlik reformunun y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ne girdi\u011fini ne de girmedi\u011fini anlatan Tezel, &#8220;Uygulamada Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK) g\u00f6revini yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde m\u00fckelllef cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor&#8221; dedi. Yasan\u0131n 13 Nisan 2006&#8217;da Meclis&#8217;te kabul edildi\u011fini an\u0131msatan Ali Tezel, &#8220;SGK 25 Kas\u0131m 200&#8217;da do\u011fdu. Ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcresi \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l. Bunun iki y\u0131l\u0131 geride kald\u0131. Bitimine bir y\u0131l kald\u0131, sistemde hala belirsizlikler ve eksiklikler var&#8221; dedi. SGK y\u00f6neticilerinin ve kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n sosyal g\u00fcvenlik mevzuat\u0131ndan habersiz oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcren Tezel, &#8220;SGK y\u00f6neticilerii bile kendi emeklili\u011fini hesaplamaktan aciz. Sosyal g\u00fcvenlik mevzuat\u0131ndan bihaber, hi\u00e7 kimse hi\u00e7 bir \u015fey bilmiyor. \u0130l m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinin personeli e\u011fitilmedi.
