Me\u015frutiyet ilan\u0131n\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8216;&#8217;Toplumsal Seferberlik&#8217;&#8217; in \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi \u00f6zg\u00fcn modernle\u015fme s\u00fcreci, kent yap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerindeki, e\u011fitim yap\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri, \u00e7e\u015fitli milletlerin bu s\u00fcrece kat\u0131l\u0131m bi\u00e7imleri, Osmanl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131 topluluklar\u0131n oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 roller, verdikleri tepkiler, bas\u0131n, m\u00fczik, edebiyat ve edebiyat tarihimizdeki yeri irdelendi. S\u00fcrecin adalet, \u00e7evre ve parlamento prati\u011fi \u00fczerindeki etkileriyle zaman \u00fczerindeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sempozyum, Prof. Dr. Zafer Toprak taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan \u0130ttihat ve Terakki&#8217;nin 1908 Siyasi Program\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 inceleyen bildirisiyle kapand\u0131.
