Hastane enfeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesini kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran \u00e7e\u015fitli fakt\u00f6rlerin bulundu\u011funu vurgulayan Prof. Dr. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 B\u00fcke, bu fakt\u00f6rlerin hastalar, ortamda bulunan diren\u00e7li mikroorganizmalarla hastane \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n enfeksiyon kontrol\u00fc konusunda bilgi ve uygulamadaki aksakl\u0131klar ve yetersizlikler olarak \u00f6zetlenebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. B\u00fcke, “Bu t\u00fcr mikroorganizmalar\u0131n \u00e7evreden bu t\u00fcr ortamlarda yatan bebeklere bula\u015fmas\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli rol\u00fc, bu t\u00fcr bebeklerle ailelerin temas ettirilmedi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ko\u015fullarda, hastanede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli ve \u00f6zellikle bu personelin el temizleme ve uygun eldiven kullanmalar\u0131ndaki yetersizlikleri ve aksakl\u0131klar\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Zira temiz olmayan eldivenli ellerle bebeklere mikroplar \u00e7ok kolay bula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilmektedir. Premat\u00fcre ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bebeklerde en s\u0131k mikroorganizmalar damar yolu ve solunum yolu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla girmekte ve sonu\u00e7ta kan dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 enfeksiyonuyla solunum yolu enfeksiyonu geli\u015fmektedir. Bu t\u00fcr enfeksiyonlar\u0131n bula\u015fmas\u0131nda enfekte eller \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Enfeksiyon geli\u015fti\u011fi saptanan bebeklerden di\u011fer bebeklere de bula\u015fma yine ayn\u0131 yolla ve eller arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile olmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle enfeksiyon saptanan bebe\u011fin\/bebeklerin ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse sadece o bebek ile ilgilenen ayr\u0131 bir doktor, hem\u015fire ve sa\u011fl\u0131k personelinin g\u00f6revlendirilmesi ve uygun eldiven ile el temizli\u011fine s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya uyulmas\u0131 hastane enfeksiyonunun bula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesinde kritik role sahiptir” dedi. B\u00fcke ayr\u0131ca, “Bu t\u00fcr enfeksiyonlar\u0131n kontrol\u00fcnde her sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumuna \u00f6nemli sorumluluklar ve g\u00f6revler d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Enfeksiyonlar\u0131n kontrol\u00fcnde s\u00fcrekli ve uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim, bilginin yenilenmesine, do\u011fru tutum ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flayacak bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Sonu\u00e7 olarak hastane enfeksiyonlar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sa\u011fl\u0131kta bir kalite g\u00f6stergesi olarak kabul edilmektedir” diye konu\u015ftu (Ege Ajans)\r
