Balkan Dernekleri Fedarasyonu Genel Sekreteri Rifat Sait, uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r bekledikleri ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k karar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan \u00e7ok mutlu olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.
