Prof. Dr. Demir, gebelerin y\u00fczde 30&#8217;unun geleneksel yeme\u011fimiz tarhanay\u0131 bile a\u011fz\u0131na koymad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerken, tarhanay\u0131 ayda bir-\u00fc\u00e7 kez aras\u0131nda t\u00fcketenlerin oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 19&#8217;da kald\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir Kent Hastanesi Kad\u0131n Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve Do\u011fum Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Nam\u0131k Demir, ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda gebelerin \u201ck\u00f6t\u00fc beslenme tablosu\u201dnun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Prof. Dr. Demir, \u201cGebelerin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc maalesef end\u00fcstriyel g\u0131da t\u00fcketimleriyle dengeli ve do\u011fru beslenmenin \u00e7ok uza\u011f\u0131ndalar. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucuna g\u00f6re; gebe kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 83.9\u2019u hi\u00e7 past\u00f6rize s\u00fct, y\u00fczde 56.3&#8217;\u00fc hi\u00e7 UHT s\u00fct ve y\u00fczde 52&#8217;si ise hi\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131k s\u00fct t\u00fcketmiyor. 100 gebeden 90\u2019\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131rsak floras\u0131 ve sindirim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok yararl\u0131 olan probiyotik s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketmiyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Nam\u0131k Demir tarhanan\u0131n besin i\u00e7eri\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengin bir g\u0131da oldu\u011funu ve gebelere \u0131srarla \u00f6nerdiklerini kaydetti. Prof. Dr. Demir ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini dile getirirken \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131: \u201cGeleneksel yemeklerimiz aras\u0131nda yer alan tarhanan\u0131n gebelerin y\u00fczde 30&#8217;u taraf\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketilmedi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Y\u00fczde 19&#8217;u ise ayda bir-\u00fc\u00e7 kez t\u00fcketti\u011fini ifade etmektedir. \u00dclkemizde farkl\u0131 y\u00f6relerde yap\u0131lan 20 farkl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit tarhana var ve 100 gram\u0131nda 15,5 gram protein, 5 g ya\u011f, 109 mg kalsiyum, 3,6 mg demir, 634 mg sodyum, 114 mg potasyum, 1.8 mg \u00e7inko, 78 mg magnezyum bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca, B1, B2, B6 C vitaminleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da zengin bir g\u0131da maddesi. Tarhana fermente oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in probiyotik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da zengin, b\u00f6ylesine de\u011ferli bir g\u0131dan\u0131n gebeler taraf\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok tercih edilmesini istiyoruz. Gebelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda mikrobesin deste\u011fi olarak 30 mg demir, 10 mg \u00e7inko, 150 mikrogram iyod, 400 mikrogram aktif folik asid, 2,5 mg B12 vitamini ve 50 mg C vitamini ve 600 \u00fcnite D vitamini ve 200 mg Omega 3 kullanmak gebenin ve fetusun sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 karbonhidrat ve ya\u011f t\u00fcketiminin gebeli\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 diyabet olu\u015fumu tetikleyebilece\u011fi g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemelidir. V\u00fccut kitle indeksinin gebelik \u00f6ncesinde &lt;25 Kg\/m2 olmas\u0131, g\u00fcnde 30 dakika egzersiz yapmak ve sigara i\u00e7memek gebelikte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek diyabeti yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya \u00f6nler.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Dr. Nam\u0131k Demir&#8217;in payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Beslenme ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131\u2019na kat\u0131lan gebelerin besin t\u00fcketim s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verileri \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Yo\u011furt, ayran\u0131 her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketenlerin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 57.1 iken peyniri her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketenlerin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 89.0<\/li><li>Et grubundan dana eti y\u00fczde 13.9 s\u0131kl\u0131kla hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketilmez iken, y\u00fczde 18.5 haftada 2-3 kez, y\u00fczde 27.3 oran\u0131nda haftada bir kez s\u0131kl\u0131kla t\u00fcketiliyor.<\/li><li>Tavuk etini ise; y\u00fczde 3.7 gebe hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketmiyor. Haftada 2-3 kez t\u00fcketenlerin oran\u0131 26.4, haftada bir t\u00fcketenlerin oran\u0131 isi 35.6<\/li><li>Her 100 gebeden 12\u2019si hi\u00e7 bal\u0131k t\u00fcketmiyor. Her y\u00fcz gebeden 9\u2019u haftada 2-3 kez bal\u0131k t\u00fcketiyor, haftada bir t\u00fcketilme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 36.2<\/li><li>En s\u0131k t\u00fcketilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler aras\u0131nda yer alan yumurta y\u00fczde 53.2 s\u0131kl\u0131kla her g\u00fcn, y\u00fczde 13.7 s\u0131kl\u0131kla haftada 4-5 kez t\u00fcketiliyor.<\/li><li>Gebe kad\u0131nlarda sebzelerin her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketilme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 64.3 iken meyveler i\u00e7in bu s\u0131kl\u0131k y\u00fczde 78.8 <\/li><li>Hi\u00e7 beyaz ekmek yemeyen gebe oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 5.2 olurken, her g\u00fcn beyaz ekmek t\u00fcketenlerin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 79.7\u2019dir. Tam tah\u0131ll\u0131 ekmek, \u00e7avdar ekme\u011fi, kepekli ekmek vb. gebe kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 61.5\u2019i taraf\u0131ndan hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketilmiyor.<\/li><li>Bir sebze ve meyve cenneti olan \u00fclkemizde taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f meyve sular\u0131 y\u00fczde 38.9, taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sebze sular\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 96.1 s\u0131kl\u0131kla hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketilmiyor. Taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f meyve sular\u0131n\u0131n her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketilme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 3.5, haftada 2-3 kez t\u00fcketilme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 7.5<\/li><li>Siyah \u00e7ay y\u00fczde 82.3, bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131 y\u00fczde 1.4, ye\u015fil \u00e7ay y\u00fczde 0.7, T\u00fcrk kahvesi y\u00fczde 12.6 s\u0131kl\u0131kla her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketiliyor.<\/li><li>Zeytinya\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 41.3, ay\u00e7i\u00e7ek ya\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 72.3, tereya\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 36.6 s\u0131kl\u0131kla her g\u00fcn t\u00fcketilmektedir.
