(Konak- Kokaryal\u0131)<br>3- Kar\u015f\u0131yaka Hatt\u0131 (\u0130skele &#8211; So\u011fukkuyu ve Alaybey &#8211; Bostanl\u0131)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-01.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-106670\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-01.jpg 900w, https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-01-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-01-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir r\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili 1867 y\u0131l\u0131na ait s\u00f6zle\u015fmede bulunan ilgili 12. madde uyar\u0131nca r\u0131ht\u0131m \u00fczerinde tramvay hatt\u0131 yapma ve i\u015fletme izni giri\u015fimci \u0130ngiliz t\u00fcccarlar\u0131n\u0131n kuracaklar\u0131 \u015firkete verilir. \u0130lgili maddede bu hattan \u00f6zetle &#8220;Hem kumpanya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n hem de isteyenlerin ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in R\u0131ht\u0131m&#8217;\u0131n bir ucundan di\u011fer ucuna kadar uzanan ve tramvay olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan demiryolu&#8221; \u015feklinde s\u00f6z edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmeye g\u00f6re \u015firket, tramvay hatt\u0131 i\u00e7in r\u0131ht\u0131m boyunca 4 &#8211; 8 ar\u015f\u0131nl\u0131k <a href=\"#footnote-1\" id=\"footnote-1-backlink\" name=\"footnote-1-backlink\">[1]<\/a> bir \u015feriti <a href=\"#footnote-2\" id=\"footnote-2-backlink\" name=\"footnote-2-backlink\">[2]<\/a> kullanacak ve yolculardan tarife kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccret de alacakt\u0131r. 1869 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu imtiyaz el de\u011fi\u015ftirerek Frans\u0131z Dussaud karde\u015flere <a href=\"#footnote-3\" id=\"footnote-3-backlink\" name=\"footnote-3-backlink\">[3]<\/a> ge\u00e7er. \u0130lk s\u00f6zle\u015fmede a\u00e7\u0131klanarak yap\u0131m\u0131na izin verilen tramvay hatt\u0131 9 Nisan 1878 tarihli ek s\u00f6zle\u015fme ile demiryolu standartlar\u0131na \u00e7evrilir. Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye g\u00f6re 08.00 &#8211; 00.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda tramvaylarla yolcu, 00.00 &#8211; 08.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda ise lokomotiflerin \u00e7ekti\u011fi vagonlarla y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131nacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece Ayd\u0131n Demiryolu Gar\u0131&#8217;na ula\u015fan ihra\u00e7 mallar\u0131, bu sayede kolayl\u0131kla g\u00fcmr\u00fck binalar\u0131na aktar\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eirket, 1880 y\u0131l\u0131nda, r\u0131ht\u0131m\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131ndan hemen sonra hatt\u0131 da in\u015fa ederek hizmete sokar. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta yakla\u015f\u0131k 3600 metre uzunlukta <a href=\"#footnote-4\" id=\"footnote-4-backlink\" name=\"footnote-4-backlink\">[4]<\/a> olan ve demiryolu standard\u0131nda d\u00f6\u015fenen bu hatt\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kolayl\u0131k sonucu, sabah saatlerinden gece yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar Konak ile Punta aras\u0131nda tramvaylarla yolcu, gece yar\u0131s\u0131ndan sonra ise lokomotifin \u00e7ekti\u011fi vagonlarla y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r ve G\u00fcmr\u00fck&#8217;te bulunan depolarla, Punta&#8217;daki Ayd\u0131n demiryolu istasyonu aras\u0131nda da ba\u011flant\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur. Kordon tramvay\u0131 ad\u0131yla bilinen bu hattaki arabalarda, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in bulunmayan perdeli b\u00f6lmeler, 1899 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kordon tramvaylar\u0131nda, personel olarak, Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemine kadar genellikle yabanc\u0131lar ve az\u0131nl\u0131klar, \u00f6zellikle de Rum ve Ermeniler \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu arada tramvaylarda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oturdu\u011fu b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerin perde ile ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, baz\u0131 bilet\u00e7ilerin perdeleri zaman\u0131nda indirmeyerek M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar\u0131 rahats\u0131z ettikleri ya da &#8220;perdenin \u00e7al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; yahut &#8220;mevki olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; konusunda bahaneler uydurarak binmelerini engelledikleri de g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu perdeler M\u00fctareke D\u00f6nemi&#8217;nde kald\u0131r\u0131larak Harem &#8211; Selaml\u0131k uygulamas\u0131na son verilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valilik, 1886 y\u0131l\u0131nda, hi\u00e7bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapmadan ve aniden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kararla tramvaylar\u0131n Konak&#8217;ta, H\u00fck\u00fbmet Meydan\u0131&#8217;na girmesini engeller. Tramvay \u015firketi durumu protesto edince i\u015f kar\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve meydan k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan ah\u015fap iskelenin yerinin de\u011fi\u015fmesini \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak getirerek sorunu iki tarafl\u0131 halleder. 1890 y\u0131l\u0131nda ayn\u0131 meydanda, birbirlerine yak\u0131n mesafede ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 duraklar\u0131 bulunan R\u0131ht\u0131m ve G\u00f6ztepe tramvaylar\u0131 hatlar\u0131 birle\u015ftirilerek yolcular i\u00e7in kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flan\u0131r. Y\u00fczy\u0131l&#8217;\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda s\u00f6z konusu tramvay hatt\u0131n\u0131n Punta&#8217;da son bulmay\u0131p, daha ilerideki Paral\u0131k\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;ye (Halkap\u0131nar) kadar uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi do\u011far. Bu do\u011frultuda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile Punta tramvay hatt\u0131 1903 y\u0131l\u0131nda Paral\u0131k\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8217;ye kadar 1515 metre daha uzat\u0131l\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece bir yandan Bornova ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, \u00f6te yandan da Kasaba demiryolu hatt\u0131 ile bulu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u0130zmir Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan Aime Tissot&#8217;ya yapt\u0131r\u0131lan s\u00f6z konusu ek hat 13 A\u011fustos 1903 tarihinde hizmete girer. Hatt\u0131n i\u015fletme hakk\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fla birlikte R\u0131ht\u0131m Tramvay \u015eirketi&#8217;ne verilir ve 1932 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kiral\u0131k olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en &#8220;Paral\u0131k\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8221;, 1861 y\u0131l\u0131nda hizmete giren ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc &#8220;A\u011fa\u00e7l\u0131 Yol&#8221; olarak bilinen, \u0130zmir Metrosu&#8217;nun Stadyum \u0130stasyonu ile Ege \u00dcniversitesi Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc aras\u0131nda ve de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki ad\u0131 &#8220;\u00dcniversite Caddesi&#8221; olan cadde \u00fczerinde, Meles \u00c7ay\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ge\u00e7ildi\u011fi k\u00f6pr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Uzun y\u0131llar Bornova yolu olarak kullan\u0131lan ve bu i\u015f i\u00e7in sat\u0131lan hisse senetlerinin geliri ile yap\u0131lan bu yol halk aras\u0131nda &#8220;Eski \u0130zmir Yolu&#8221; ad\u0131yla da bilinmektedir. \u0130zmir&#8217;de yap\u0131lan &#8220;\u015fose&#8221; yollar\u0131n ilki olan bu yol &#8220;A\u011fa\u00e7l\u0131 Yol&#8221; ad\u0131n\u0131, yap\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 M\u00f6sy\u00f6 Fisher&#8217;in, 5100 metre uzunlu\u011fundaki yolun iki yan\u0131na dikti\u011fi a\u011fa\u00e7lardan al\u0131r. Yolun sahibi olan kumpanya, yolun ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 say\u0131lan, Halkap\u0131nar civar\u0131ndaki k\u00f6pr\u00fc giri\u015finde yolu kullanan hayvan ve arabalardan \u00fccret ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, yol \u00fclkemizin ilk &#8220;paral\u0131&#8221; yolu olur, k\u00f6pr\u00fcn\u00fcn ad\u0131 da &#8220;Paral\u0131 K\u00f6pr\u00fc&#8221; olarak kal\u0131r. Bu ad, sonralar\u0131 yak\u0131n b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131l\u0131r olur. 1885 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130zmir Belediyesine devredilen k\u00f6pr\u00fc 1894 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ihalede, iki y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131 4800 mecidiyeye; 1902 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131k artt\u0131rma ile de bir y\u0131ll\u0131\u011f\u0131na Giritli Abdurrahman Efendi&#8217;ye kiralan\u0131r. \u0130zmir \u015fehrinin banliy\u00f6 yerle\u015fimlere ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131n\u0131n ancak 1910\u2019lara gelindi\u011finde tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. A\u011fa\u00e7l\u0131 yolun bir ad\u0131 da &#8220;Y\u00fczba\u015f\u0131 \u015eadiilhan Caddesi&#8221;dir. Bu proje ile ilgili olarak 1909 y\u0131l\u0131nda Temellizade Tahsin ad\u0131ndaki T\u00fcrk yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131, orta\u011f\u0131 Cardia Coplu ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fvuruya olumlu cevap al\u0131r. Ancak imtiyaz mukavelesi imzalanmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n \u00fclkenin i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi ve zincirleme olarak Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 sonuna kadar s\u00fcrecek \u00e7alkant\u0131l\u0131 ve sanc\u0131l\u0131 d\u00f6nem nedeniyle bu hatt\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 hi\u00e7bir zaman ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi ko\u015fullar sonucu Osmanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmeti \u0130zmir r\u0131ht\u0131m, liman ve tramvay i\u015fletmelerini sat\u0131n almak amac\u0131 ile el koyar. 1 Ocak 1917 tarihinde liman ve r\u0131ht\u0131m, Askeri Demiryollar M\u00fcd\u00fcriyet-i Um\u00fbmiyesi&#8217;ne ba\u011flan\u0131r. Bu karardan sonra 11 Mart 1917 tarihinde Askeriye, r\u0131ht\u0131m ve limana el koyarken, \u0130zmir Belediyesi de r\u0131ht\u0131m tramvaylar\u0131na el koyar. H\u00fck\u00fcmet bir ka\u00e7 ay sonra da i\u015fletmeleri sat\u0131n almaya karar vererek 16 A\u011fustos 1917 tarihinde bununla ilgili bir yasa \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131r. Ancak sermaye sahiplerinin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na zarar gelmesi sonucu olu\u015fan bask\u0131lar, sat\u0131n alma karar\u0131n\u0131n 7 A\u011fustos 1919 tarihinde <a href=\"#footnote-6\" id=\"footnote-6-backlink\" name=\"footnote-6-backlink\">[6]<\/a> geri \u00e7ekilmesini sa\u011flamas\u0131 yan\u0131 s\u0131ra imtiyaz s\u00fcresi de biti\u015f tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere 47 y\u0131l daha uzat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-06.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-106665\" width=\"422\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-06.jpg 562w, https:\/\/kentyasam.com.tr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/2021-02-04-yu-atli-tramvaylar-06-300x127.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 422px) 100vw, 422px\" \/><\/a><figcaption>\u0130zmir tramvaylar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yolcu biletlerinden \u00f6rmekler<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>1922 yang\u0131n\u0131ndan sonra yakla\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131 ay kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamayan R\u0131ht\u0131m tramvaylar\u0131nda, G\u00f6ztepe hatt\u0131ndaki gibi mevki ayr\u0131m\u0131 yoktur. \u00dcstelik bu hattaki vagonlar, G\u00f6ztepe hatt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan daha bak\u0131ml\u0131 ve seferler de daha d\u00fczenlidir. Tramvaylar tek atla \u00e7ekilmekte ve t\u00fcm vagonlar Birinci Mevki say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine ayn\u0131 y\u0131l tramvay \u015firketleri 21.00&#8217;den sonra yapt\u0131klar\u0131 seferlerde, yolculardan &#8220;Servis usul\u00fc&#8221; denilen ek \u00fccret almaya ba\u015flar. \u015eik\u00e2yetler \u00fczerine duruma el koyan \u0130zmir Valili\u011fi, tramvay i\u015fleten t\u00fcm \u015firketlere g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi bir bildirim ile uygulaman\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ister. Di\u011fer tramvay \u015firketleri uygulamay\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131rken R\u0131ht\u0131m tramvaylar\u0131 ise &#8220;K\u00e2r edilmedi\u011fi&#8221; gerek\u00e7esi ile 19.30&#8217;dan sonraki t\u00fcm gece seferlerini kald\u0131r\u0131r. Bu kez de yak\u0131nmalar art\u0131nca sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde tramvaylara gece i\u00e7in iki sefer konuldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. <a href=\"#footnote-8\" id=\"footnote-8-backlink\" name=\"footnote-8-backlink\">[8]<\/a> Bu hattaki tramvaylar\u0131n yolcu ta\u015f\u0131ma say\u0131lar\u0131 da Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne azalmaya ba\u015flar. S\u00f6zgelimi 1925 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131 ile 1926 y\u0131l\u0131 May\u0131s ay\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en bir y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ta\u015f\u0131nan yolcu say\u0131s\u0131 4.050.260 iken, 1933-1934 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ta\u015f\u0131nan y\u0131ll\u0131k yolcu say\u0131s\u0131 1.380.760&#8217;t\u0131r. Bu d\u00fc\u015fmenin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri de kapt\u0131ka\u00e7t\u0131 ya da otob\u00fcs gibi toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu arada \u0130zmir R\u0131ht\u0131m \u015eirketi, Cumhuriyet&#8217;in ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda gazetelerde hep s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 i\u015fleriyle an\u0131lmaya ba\u015flar. \u015eirketin o d\u00f6nemdeki sahibi Iv Guiffray&#8217;nin i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 baz\u0131 \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilerin, baz\u0131 yolsuzluklar\u0131 belgeleriyle ihbar etmeleri sonucu, 11 Ocak 1932 tarihinde \u015firkete h\u00fck\u00fcmet taraf\u0131ndan el konulur. Yolsuzluk nedeniyle sorumlu y\u00f6neticileri ile birlikte yarg\u0131lanan Iv Guiffray, mahkemenin kendisini kefalet kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 serbest b\u0131rakmas\u0131ndan yararlanarak firar eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1933 y\u0131l\u0131nda hatt\u0131n demiryolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na uygun olmas\u0131ndan da yararlan\u0131larak Kordon&#8217;da otorayla ula\u015f\u0131m denemeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Ancak \u0130zmir Belediye Meclisi R\u0131ht\u0131m imtiyaz\u0131 da verilmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in vapur ve tramvay i\u015fletmelerini sahiplenmeyi de kabul etmez. Bir dizi geli\u015fmenin sonucunda 12 Haziran 1933 tarihinde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan 2309 Say\u0131l\u0131 Yasa ile \u0130zmir R\u0131ht\u0131m \u015eirketi imtiyaz\u0131 ile t\u00fcm i\u015fletme sat\u0131n al\u0131narak T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nin mal\u0131 olur. \u0130zmir R\u0131ht\u0131m \u015eirketi&#8217;nin sat\u0131n al\u0131nan t\u00fcm ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer devredilenler 15 Mart 1934 tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere Liman ve K\u00f6rfez \u015eirketi&#8217;ne devir edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanlar Kurulu, \u0130zmir Belediyesi&#8217;nin Kordon&#8217;a yeni d\u00f6\u015feyece\u011fi parke zeminde raylar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar nedeniyle, 31 Mart 1935 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, &#8220;R\u0131ht\u0131m tramvaylar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fc\u015ftemilat\u0131yla birlikte \u0130zmir Belediyesi&#8217;ne devrine&#8221; ve \u00f6zellikle son on y\u0131lda \u0130zmirlilerin s\u00fcrekli \u015fik\u00e2yetlerine konu olan R\u0131ht\u0131m tramvaylar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dipnotlar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[<a href=\"#footnote-1-backlink\" id=\"footnote-1\" name=\"footnote-1\">1<\/a>]\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fclen nesnenin t\u00fcr\u00fcne veya hangi b\u00f6lgede kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re boyutu de\u011fi\u015fen ve &#8221;parmaklar\u0131n ucundan omuza kadar olan mesafe&#8221; kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131lan eski bir uzunluk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr. Mimarl\u0131kla ilgili \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerde ise &#8220;mimar ar\u015f\u0131n\u0131&#8221; olarak adland\u0131rabilece\u011fimiz 75,8 santimetre uzunlu\u011funda de\u011fi\u015fik t\u00fcrler kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
